You can cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before. We are waiving the fee for cancellation while the COVID-19 protocol is in effect. Please do not visit the shop if you are experiencing; Any flu like symptoms( fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and new muscle aches or headache) Any symptoms of illness of any kind Anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days Anyone directed by Public Health to self-isolate Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada or who has had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 person
Customer conduct policy
When you arrive at the barbershop, please let us know that you are here for your appointment. Arrive at the door 5 min early for your appointment. When you enter, you will be offered a mask and some hand sanitizer. The mask must be worn at all times. There will will only be seating available for the guardian of a child or support worker, as well as the customer receiving the service.
