Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, will incur a fee equal to 50% of reserved service. Cancelling an appointment on the day of your reservation is considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the total charge. Our service providers have reserved time from their working day specifically for YOU and when you call to cancel or change your mind on a reservation on short notice we can’t always fill that space with another guest. Please note if you are 15 minutes or more late, we will try our best to accommodate you. You may be required to reschedule at a future date or forfeit a service booked.
