Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION Please understand that I am reserving my time, equipment, and resources to travel to your location. When a client cancels without giving (enough) notice, they prevent another client from receiving their needed treatments in a timely manner and adds extra wear and tear on the equipment. Should something arise that you need to rebook or cancel your appointment I require 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Please call/text me at 587-718-0334 or email me at cynthiasmobilemassage@gmail.com to notify me of any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you being charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. After 3 late notifications ( less than 24 hours) the amount will increase to the FULL amount of your schedule time. LATE APPOINTMENTS When a client is late for their appointment they will receive a treatment to fit into the remainder of their scheduled appointment at the FULL COST OF THEIR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. Please understand that there are quite often other appointments after yours that make it very difficult to push back or lengthen an appointment to accommodate late arrivals. NO SHOWS In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment with no prior communications you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled appointment. Please note that I have a two strike policy, after two no-show appointments I will no longer allow you to book in for any future appointments. While I understand that life happens and other last minute emergencies do arise it is at my sole discretion to waive a fee on a case-by-case situation. Please note that the charges and fees listed above are NOT eligible to be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement.
Late Arrival Policy
At Cynthia's Mobile Massage Therapy, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
If you anticipate being late, please call ahead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
