Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of any appointment requires 24-48 hour notice prior to appointment. If cancelation occurs after 24/48 hours of appointment, the client must pay a non refundable fee of 30% for smaller services and 50% for larger services. This must be sent via e-transfer.
Late Arrival Policy
