If you didn’t like your hair tell us the same day before living the salon otherwise we will not considered anything coming after.

Customer conduct policy
This should specify that each client acknowledges the following policies by making a reservation at our salon. Later on, this will help avoid any misunderstanding or disputes. HNT PROS charges a $25 booking fee at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. This helps to ensure that no one forgets or cancels their appointment unless absolutely necessary. You will not have a reservation if the $25 booking fee is not paid. How will you pay it? At all costs, we must avoid and discourage these worst- case scenarios. Prior to our clients‘visits, keep in mind the 24 and 48 hour reminders ( Salon software automatically taking care of this for you). Usually, the whole appointment fee is charged for no shows. 15 minutes late is allowed for your appointment, after that minute you will be charge $30 extra to the amount that you supposed to pay for your service. It the responsibility of each of us to keep us save, so we ask our clients to come with their hair clean and ready to braid. If your hair needed to be untangle or wash; do it one day before your reservation or we will do it for you and $25 extra will be added. If you don’t want us to wash your hair, we are sorry to let you know that we can’t work on a dirty hair. And you will still pay half of amount that supposed to be pay. If you want to bring your children to your appointment let us know one day before, otherwise kids are not allowed to come with you if they are not doing theirs hair. We are doing home service too, but that one client must still following all the steps and pay for our Uber or Lyft ( transportation). We are working hard to give you a better service.
