Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to your appointment, please call us as soon as possible at 250-638-7787 to cancel your appointment. Thank you. First time no show is on us. Second time no show 50% due. Third time 100% fees will be added to your next bill. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 50% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations. In addition, we reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Thank you for respecting our staff.
