Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advanced notice, to insure that you will not be charged for the appointment time. If less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a fee of 50% of the service charge, charged to the credit card number that you give when booking the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
At The White Peony, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
