I value the time and needs of every client and I completely understand that things come up and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can provide the best service to all my clients, please try to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make changes to your appointment. For appointments longer than 3 hours, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice to allow me the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will do my best to complete your service within the remaining time. This may mean that some parts of the service will need to be adjusted, though the price of the original service will remain unchanged. If it is not possible to accommodate the service within the remaining time we may need to reschedule your appointment.
